SOS Alert
The SOS Alert feature in the Seniornomic app is designed with the safety and peace of mind of our senior users at heart.
In an emergency, they can simply tap the red SOS button at the top of their screen. A quick prompt appears to allow cancellation in case of accidental activation. If not canceled, the app enables the user to record a 15-second audio or video message explaining the situation. Simultaneously, the app automatically shares the user’s live Google location along with the A/V clip to their selected family members or caregivers (“Kins”).
Smart Repeat Feature:
If the alert is not acknowledged by the kin, the app automatically re-sends the alert at intervals until it’s seen and acted upon — ensuring no call for help goes unnoticed.
